About Allison Williams

With over two decades of living in Portland and a legal background rooted in trial work, I bring a unique blend of local expertise, negotiation savvy, and unwavering client advocacy to every real estate transaction.

 

After graduating from Lewis & Clark Law School, I began my career as a prosecutor in Multnomah County. That experience sharpened my skills in negotiation, precision, and strategic communication—traits that now serve my real estate clients at the highest level. Whether navigating complex deals or guiding first-time buyers, I approach each transaction with meticulous care and a steadfast commitment to my clients’ goals.

 

I believe in clear communication, integrity, and making informed decisions based on data and experience. Real estate is personal—built on trust, discretion, and results—and I work hard to ensure my clients feel supported every step of the way.

 

Outside of real estate, I’m proud to give back to the community I love. As a board member for the Riverdale School Foundation, I help raise over $1 million annually to support local education. That same commitment—to families, to service, to excellence—guides everything I do in my professional life.
